- The City of Chattanooga, Tennessee
- Crash Records Analysis System (CRASh)
The City Of Chattanooga had a constant need to track on going and past vehicular crashes, generate reports and historical data management and analysis. The Crash Records Analysis System (CRASh) was developed using ESRI GIS and Microsoft .Net technologies. It has a user-friendly GIS based interface and is easy to learn. Users can use the system to obtain accident statistics for specific locations, intersections, time periods, to query the database by type of accident or driver characteristics etc., and to generate reports to be sent to the screen, to a file, or to a printer.
- Work Management Systems Integration (WMSI)
The city had been using the Motorola’s CSR/311 Service Request system since last few years. They also wanted to implement Azteca Systems GIS based Service Request and Work Order Infrastructure Management System, to provide progress updates to council members, to track ongoing & future projects, and to improve the way city handles its day to day operations. The Interface was developed to synchronize the systems and also to share information stored in both the databases using XML standards in event based environment.
